Decision Options Certification Training

1. Decision Options Certfication & Training - Full

This is a 5 day program that touches on all aspects of Decision Options theory and applications. A certification exam is conducted at the end of the course for students. A brochure can be downloaded at this link. DoC

2. Decision Options Certification Training - CRAM

This is a 1 day program to prepare students for the certification program. This is intended for those with strong financial backgrounds and familiarity with Decision Options principles. Can be conducted on-site or over the web.

3. Decision Options Certification Training - WEB

This is a 4 hour web based program. No hands on materials are included and the course is delivered in a lecture format with Q&A.

Decision Options Applications

2 day program conducted at the client location.

This course can be customized to an industry vertical - such as life sciences, energy, hi-technology, aerospace, manufacturing and financial servies.

Day 1: Decision Options Introduction (please see subject areas covered in this course)

Day 2: Decision Options Applications in a specific industry vertical (if customized) or across industries including hands on problem solving using Decision Options software on students' computers.
